Rapidocs provides an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for the authoring or origination of complex interactive documents and .pdf forms quickly and efficiently.  Rapidocs has the ability to be
"intelligent", anticipating the routine elements of document drafting and enabling the user to compile even the most intricate documents and forms.  Rapidocs files contain the logic for assembly of users' answers to questions in a single compressed, transportable "intelligent" file. The Rapidocs files can then be published for delivery to customers or used internally through the Internet, through corporate intranets/extranets, and via CD-ROM.  One of the most powerful capabilities of Rapidocs is enabling users to assemble complex legal documents on the Internet by providing an online questionnaire which is completed and submitted through the web browser (i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape Navigator, etc.).

Rapidocs Family of Products

Rapidocs Professional:  A fully scalable enterprise application designed for small workgroups and large multi-site organizations alike.

Rapidocs DataServer:  Rapidocs offers a comprehensive Application Programming Interface (API) to allow developers to integrate Rapidocs with other applications. This consists of a number of COM interfaces known collectively as DataServer.

DataServer is most often used to pre-populate answers in a Rapidocs file from information stored in databases, or to extract answers from a Rapidocs file and record them in a database.  However, Rapidocs provides API's to manage the meta-data within a Rapidocs file, or to communicate with a document store.  Using the APIs, Rapidocs documents can be managed within a workflow process, for example to control permissions at each stage.  DataServer opens up virtually unlimited opportunities for integrating Rapidocs seamlessly into other applications.

Rapidocs Classic Assembler:  Rapidocs Classic is a compact document assembly application designed for distribution on CD-ROM or download through the Internet.  With Classic, end users can work offline, avoiding costly connection charges, and allowing them to work in places where no Internet connection is available.

RapidocsX:  A highly convenient and small client, RapidocsX uses ActiveX technology to embed all of the assembly capabilities into Internet Explorer or Netscape web browsers. This removes the need for the end user to download and install software, yet retains all of the power of Rapidocs' assembly capabilities.

RapidocsJ:  Our latest client is also our smallest and most convenient, RapidocsJ converts Rapidocs logic and questionnaires into a tiny Java application for multi-platform data capture. RapidocsJ goes beyond document automation and can be used by organizations to quickly set up questionnaires to deploy and capture validated data.
